Ingredients:

250ml thin cream
250ml Baileys
60ml chilled vodka
60ml Kahlua
8 scoops chocolate ice-cream
1 cup crushed ice

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Method:

Place cream, Baileys, vodka, Kahlua, ice-cream and ice in the jug of a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
