
Thai Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
1 spring onion finely chopped
1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaf
1 tsp minced ginger
1 clove garlic - crushed
3 thai chillies chopped
juice of 1 lemon
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp water
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Serve with Thai pork meatballs.
