Ingredients:

Vinegar 3 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Crushed chili 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 clove crushed
Coriander leaf chopped 1 tbsp
Mint leaf chopped 1 tbsp

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
