
Rum Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups icing sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sultanas
250 g butter
1 tsp vanilla
white rum
Method:
Mix all ingredients with melted butter and mix enough rum in to make a firm consistency.
Roll into balls and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate
