Biltong


Ingredients:

thinly sliced beef
salt
pepper
coriander

Serves: 0
Preparation time: 24 hours

Method:
Salt and pepper and coriander on meat.

Put in fridge for 12 hours.

Take out and turn over.

Put in fridge for 12 hours.

Take out, salt, pepper and coriander.

Hang it up.

Eat it.
